Dear Support Team,
My company has recently ordered a DCA1000EVM (through order T04846960 on Feb 14th 2024) which turned out to be faulty - it never allowed correct measures with mmWaveStudio while we managed to do it with the exact same settings using an older DCA1000EVM that my colleagues had. Can you indicate how we can return the faulty piece (which hasn't been used apart from the connection attempts)?
I have contacted the TI support email and in the reply your colleagues asked me to raise the issue here.
