Hi TI team,

I have flashed the AWR2544 EVM successfully using the Python tools, as shown below.

I tried to send the default configuration by mmWave Demo Visualizer (AWR2544) following its User Guide (https://dr-download.ti.com/software-development/software-development-kit-sdk/MD-U4MY7aGNn5/04.06.00.01/mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_user_guide.pdf), then I got this error:

The name of the COM port is shown below:

 

I  powered cycle the EVM and restarted the Visualizer many times but it did not work.

Could you provide some suggestions to solve this problem?

    Hi Jerome,

    According to the logs the device is not able to connect to the XDS110 connector and reset didn't happen. Seems like some connection issue.

    I'd suggest you to check the followings - 

    1) XDS110 connection is not loose

    2) Device is in SOP4 mode

    3) If you've connected multiple devices, please use only one device

    4) If the device is already connected to some other application, disconnect from the other application
