IWRL6432: No date on com port detected, read time out

I had the board working with the Industrial Visualizer and I was able to flash to it through Uniflash, but I updated my computer and now I can't flash to it properly. When I restart my computer it allows me to flash to the board but then I can't flash to it again. The Industrial Visualzier won't let the board connect even though it is in Functional mode. I've tried to do the ATE calibration but it didn't work. I tried different USB ports, another IWRL6432BOOST board, and different USB cables and nothing changed.

    Hello, 

    I'm not able to see the picture you included in your post. Can you try posting the image again?

    After updating your computer it may be required that you install the appropriate device drivers again. Are you using Windows OS? If so, can you please open the Device Manager while the board is connected to the laptop and share a screenshot of the Ports section?
