In some test cases, there will be negative voltage at TMP400 Vcc PIN, up to -840mV, duration about 5us. Is there any reliability risk of this? Thanks!

Hello Qiang,
Thank you for bring this concern. The absolute minimum spec for TMP400 is -0.5V. -0.84V would likely damage the device. I would recommend keeping Vcc above -0.5V.
