Hi Rhea,

This will ultimately depend on you average temperature that the device will be expected to be used in. Check out the following app note which explains long-term drift and acceleration factor: https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/slap177/slap177.pdf.

Starting on page 24, there are examples on calculating the equivalent hours of use to stress hours through the Af eqn.

Hi Rhea,

If we assume application average temp to be 25C, 1 stress hour will be equivalent to 3099.63 application hours.
