AWR1843AOPEVM: Parts in BOM list of EVM board

Hello, 

I have the following questions about the parts in BOM list of AWR1843AOPEVM board(PROC106B) you provide. 

1) The automotive grade parts(Capacitors, Inductors, Resistors etc.) are used in AWR1843AOPEVM board. 

 If I use AWR1843AOP (I will change to IWR1843AOP) and LP87524 in consumer products, not Automotive products, 

 can I use C, L and R parts of General purpose grade? 

2) Please let me know if you have any precautions about the parts around IWR1843AOP and LP87524.
