IWRL6432: About Interchirp idle time

Hi TI experts,

In the document 'swra754 xWRL6432 Low Power Radar - Power Optimization Techniques', Fig.1-2 mentions the interchirp idle time.
Is the interchirp idle time the first parameter which is chirpIdleTime in the ChirpTimingCfg command? Or is it the chirp cycle time minus the chirp time?
