Hi, I am trying out the old build of the occupancy detection visualizer in matlab. i was wondering if its the board connection problem between the device and pc or otherwise?

Hi,

What version of the 3D People Tracking software are you using? Make sure it's the same one that's included in the toolbox release of the older MATLAB visualizer. The output format of the software has changed since that visualizer has stopped being supported.
