AWR1642BOOST: Please advise if the cosmetic issues will affect fit/form/function (SO 207139)

What was the source of these boards?  Were they ordered and sent directly from TI.com?  Were they stored before being used?

It may not be an issue.  However, if the antenna traces are degraded due to rust that could impact the antenna efficiency and hence gain and hence range.
