I have issue with programming IWR6843AOPEVM:

I verified that the com ports for the device are COM4 and COM5:

Per the instructions from the UniFlash page, I should be using COM4 for flashing the board. I also made sure that S3 is in the ON (1) position for flashing mode, and power cycled the board.

However, whenever I try to flash the code, I get the following error screen:

To gain some additional information, I also tried connecting to the device using the area scanner GUI, and this time I got an error that COM5 couldn’t be opened, but COM4 opened just fine.

Note: For this test, the switch was flipped back to functional mode. What should we do for next steps?
