TMP61: TMP61 availability in X1SON package

Hi

I would like to use the TMP6131DEC sensor for a project where the small X1SON package is needed due to size constraints. It seems though to have been unavailable for the last couple of years (at least when I have checked inventory status), while the 47kohm sibling TMP6431DEC is stocked in large numbers.

Do you know if there’s some specific reason the TMP6131DEC has been unavailable, and what chances are it will be stocked again?
