TMP117: Longer term repeatability data

Part Number: TMP117

I am looking at the data sheet for the TMP117. It has a very good repeatability spec, but I assume that this is the repeatability over a small measurement interval.

I want to know if you have any repeatability data measured over several minutes or more, maybe once per second or once every 10 seconds.

In my application, I need to ensure a very stable temperature for a period of about 10 minutes.

To be more clear:

What I want to know is, if I leave the TMP117 in an oil bath for 10 minutes, and every, say, 1 second I command it to take an 8 sample average measurement, so I have a table of 600 measurements, what are those measurement values, and what does a graph of those measurement values look like.
There is a spec on repeatability that should answer this question. It is

However, I am reasonably sure that this repeatability spec only covers short intervals of time betwen measurements. There are other noise mechanisms that come into play at longer time intervals. This is why I asked to see repeatability data taken over a longer time interval, at least several minutes, preferably 10 minutes or more. Do you have such data?
Thanks,
Eric
