Unfortunately we are unavailable to provide high level processing source code for point cloud generation from raw data publicly. We do provide demos that provide you a configurable point cloud which allows additional processing on top of it. I will tell you that we use CFAR, and that you can google and find the procedure of going from raw data, doing the FFTs you need to, and generate a point cloud based on it.
