Hi Cheryl,

For this demo projecspec file is not available. hence you need the build the project using makefile and then load the .out file in CCS to run it.

Hi Animesh Anand,

Can CCS not create one project to have both Dsp and ARM compiler? Can ccs debug the DSP and R5F core in AWR2944 at the same time?

Hi Cheryl,

There are two ways to build a project. one is through CCS and other is through makefile. For CCS build, there is a projecspec file which is needed to build in CCS. So, for this particular demo which you are asking for there is no projecspec file hence you cannot build using CCS. whereas if you go through TI resource explorer site, there is a High-End corner radar demo. which has a projecspec file that can be built in CCS. That demo also make use of both R5 and dsp as well. And yes, you can debug both the core if the project is using both the core.
