AFE3010: Spice Model for the Simulation.

Hi TI,

We need to design a ground fault circuit interrupter for the protection of the personnel. We are working on AFE3010 to get the output but it needs SPICE model for the execution.

Is there a SPICE model available? I see there is a PCB footprint and schematic symbol but I don't think that can work.

Could you please share the spice model compatible with LTspice simulator with me?

Hello Valued Engineer,

I can provide a general model only for the internal current-feedback amplifier and bias circuitry, but it is not going to be exactly modeled. Is this ok?

Hey Sumbul,

I can provide the basic spice circuit, but a complete netlist (.lib) file may require up to two weeks.

Hey Sumbul,

It has taken longer than expected. Please allow another week. I am trying to make sure it is realistic, but please know that this model cannot be used for system validation and qualification purposes, nor will it be complete.
