Hello,

I want to capture raw data from IWR6843AoP EVM (Rev. F) using DCA1000 and/or mwmave EICBoost , without mmwaveStudio.

I wanted to measure in continuous mode ( 1 chirp per frame) and at a higher frame rate (say 200Hz or more). Kinldy let me know if this is possible.

Also, please let me know what version of mmwave SDK should I use and also which demo firmware to flash.

Please look into the ADC Data Capture tool and documentation found on the Radar Toolbox in the TI Developer Zone as a new alternative to mmWaveStudio.

I am already aware of this. But my requirement is to extract raw data in continuous mode ( 1 chirp per frame) and at a higher frame rate (say 200Hz or more). The document you shared says that this is not possible.Please let me know if this is possible.

Hello Vignesh,

I believe the only other tool that could do CW mode outside of mmWaveStudio is the Studio CLI tool if you haven't checked that out yet. Otherwise then no it will not be possible. Our mmWave devices were designed for FMCW, not CW, as well as to be ran at frame rates at most around 20Hz.
