TMP117: Thermal pad design is missing

Hello team,

Cusomter is noticed that stensil and example board layout for thermal pad of TMP117AIDRVR is missing on the datasheet.

Would it be possible to give me the correct design?

Stensil on TPS74501PDRVR has complete thermal pad and VIA design.
Is it applicapable for TMP117AIDRVR?

    Hi Kei,

    Please see page 40 of the datasheet:

    On the topic of the vias, the thermal pad is only used for thermal coupling to a heat source so as long as there is no voltage tied to the pad, placing vias is ok. Ultimately it depends on the heating element that the user wants to couple the temp sensor to.
