Hello Ghani,

We do not have the source code for the TI-SCB available, however, we do have device code help for many of our products available in SysConfig, which helps generate code based on your desired device configuration. That can be found here: https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/index.html?product=ascstudio&device=Other

Also, the EVM GUI's can re-program the TI-SCB if you need to reinstall the code there.
