Hi good morning,

can you pls explain to us if there is a difference between TMP101NA/250G4  and TMP101NA/250,

as far as i understand, this version with G4 ending (TMP101NA/250G4 ) does not exist,

pls advise us and explain this matter

    Hello Annie,

    The G4 stands for "Green" or "Lead Free". TI is now standardizing their devices to release only "Green" devices, hence the removal of G4. There is no difference between TMP101NA/250G4  and TMP101NA/250.
