(1) What is the internal resistance of AWR2243ABGABLRQ1 RF chip pins A14 (OSC_CLKOUT) and E14 (CLKP)?

(2) Whether there is a matching resistance inside the ibis model of AWR2243 provided and whether there is a matching resistance inside the actual chip

Hello,

The input resistance of CLKP should be around 100K, and the output resistance of OSC_CLKOUT should be on the order of 50 ohms.

There are no impedance matching resistors inside the actual chip for these two ports – I do not believe matching is a critical issue for a 40-50MHz signal on these ports for a few centimeters.
