My customer found when there is radar and other node transmit data on LIN at same time, radar LIN would stop work, can u let me know the reason, and how to avoid such issue?

The AWR1432BOOST shows our reference LIN design using the TLIN1039-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com

If you are seeing some issue, I would first check on the TLIN1039 transceiver device. When you see multiple devices on the bus communicating, do you see any voltage drops, e.g. on the TX/RX LIN PHY lines or supply?

About LIN Mode configuration, what is the difference between responder and commander mode? Is there any principle to select the LIN mode? Currently customer config it in commander mode, is there any risk? thanks,

The decision is up to the customer based on system-design. I suggest they read about the LIN protocol as well as the Commander-Responder Principle in the following paper:
