AWR6843AOPEVM: Error Encountered When Creating Example Projects with AWR6843AOPEVM in CCS

I recently purchased the AWR6843AOPEVM and I am attempting to run some example projects. My goal is to complete the Video Doorbell project and the Vital Signs project.

After installing Code Composer Studio, I visited the link (https://software-dl.ti.com/ra-processors/esd/MMWAVE-SDK/latest/index_FDS.html) to download and install the MMWAVE-L-SDK for Windows. The downloaded file is named 'MMWAVE_L_SDK_05_04_00_01-Windows-x86-Install.exe'.

Next, I opened CCS Thesia, and in the 'Create New Project' window, I entered AWR6843AOPEVM and selected the Video Doorbell Example. However, when I clicked CREATE, I received the following error message: 'Error: Product MMWAVE-L-SDK v5.4.0.00 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version.'

Despite having installed the SDK, why am I encountering this error? Additionally, when I select 'Vital Signs xWRL64xx AppSS' from the examples and try to create it, I receive the same error message.

I'm also trying to follow the Out of Box DEMO User Guide(Out Of Box Demo User Guide (ti.com)). I've connected the sensor to the computer via USB and confirmed that the LED is on. When I opened the Device Manager to check the port number, there are no devices starting with XDS or Silicon Labs as shown in the image below. Do I need any additional procedures to be recognized correctly?

After removing the cable connected to the PC, I uninstalled all the USB devices under Ports and then reconnected them to the PC. However, no new devices are showing up.

Additionally, when I tried connecting it to another PC, there were no Ports detected.

I'll share images of the LED status on the board (it's continuously lit without blinking) and the switch status of the EVM. I'm curious if the LEDs should normally be lit up in sets of three when the connection is successful.

I obtained another sensor (IWRL6432BOOST) and connected it to the computer to check if it was detected as a Port. As shown in the picture below, it is detected correctly. However, the recently purchased AWR6843AOPEVM sensor is not being detected, which seems abnormal.
