We do not currently offer individual certificates.

The temperature sensor is based on silicon transistor properties:

The humidity sensor relies on a moisture-absorbing polymer applied to the top of the IC that acts as the transducer.

Thank for the sharing information,
It was helpful to understand the sensor working, as per our undersetting the sensor is working of principle on RTD , But which material is been used for sensing of the temperature that is Platinum, Nickel or copper or Any other, Let me know ASAP.
The IC temperature sensor technology is not RTD. The linked documents describe it is known property of transistor.
