Could you please share more details on what exactly you are looking for?
Usually these will be measured by using an oscilloscope. Also, Please share the power topology and PMIC details which you are using ?

Hi,
The following figure is the power ripple requirement of AWR6843, they are uv grade,
can the oscilloscope measure uv grade signal ?
Our power topology is:
one discrete DC-DC converts the 12V to 5V, then use PMIC, LP87524, converts 5 V to all other voltage
levels that AWR6843 needs
