Can HDC2022 sensor below able to be subjected to ultrasonic cleaning after the SMD process?

    Hi Eugene,

    I would avoid ultrasonic bath cleaning on HDC sensors if you can. We have done this internally, with mixed results. The right way to assemble the sensors is to use a no-clean flux when soldering HDC (may require an additional assembly step, don't subject the sensor to more than 1 reflow cycle). Then, do not clean the no-clean flux off the sensor. We have found the risks induced by trying different cleaning methods on humidity sensors often outweighs the benefits. So please use no-clean flux and don't use the ultrasonic bath to clean.
