Hello,

I am currently working with the MMWCAS-RF-EVM and MMWCAS-DSP-EVM boards and have encountered an issue in mmWave Studio.  I have completed sections 1-6 in the mmWave studio user guide and now am on section 7: device configuration.  However, when I try to setup the TDAxx Capture Card: I get the following output:

Not able to connect with the TDA board. Please check whether the Capture Card is connected to the network!

I took some of troubleshooting steps outlined in the user guide, and I discovered that when I try to ping the IP of the board (192.168.33.180) from my PC, the connection is no good.  Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

Note:  I should mention that I have tried all the steps outlined in this thread  https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/p/917791/3391777

    Hi,

    If there is no IP address, there could be several reasons. First the Ethernet cable may not be good. Second an Ethernet Switch is being used. Third the Application is not running on the MMWCAS-DSP_EVM.
