Hello.
We are looking into this and will provide a response by the end of the day Monday.

Hi,
Graph only displays the internal computation values. It is not possible to derive heart rate values from the graph.
It is important to understand why the heart rate values are incorrect. There are certain conditions which have to be met to get the correct vitals
Antenna should face the chest area of the person. Also, is the person being tracked correctly and is the tracking distance shown correctly in the visualizer?
The person needs to be stationary for atleast 30 seconds to get the correct values
Regards
Hi,
We also have the exact same problem with incorrect heart rate. We have met all of the conditions listed above (having the antenna at chest level, having person stationary, tracking distance correct). What else can we do?
Is there a verbose log file I can find/enable?
How do I rule out this not being a hardware issue? Is there a build in self test (BIST) that I can run?
We also have the exact same problem: the graphs are only a periodic signal as in the image above, seemingly unrelated to vital signs. The respiratory rate seems to be okay(ish), but heartrate shows as close to zero.
Using IWR6843ISK together with MMWAVEICBOOST and radar_toolbox_2_10_00_04
Same problem with both the 2m and 6m chirps.
The person seems to be tracked correctly.
Hi
Sorry for the delayed response. The problem is with the Visualizer in radar tool box 2_10_00_04. Please use the visualizer from radar tool box 1_30_01_03.
You can find the visualizer at the following location radar_toolbox_1_30_01_03\tools\visualizers\Industrial_Visualizer
We will fix the visualizer in the next radar tool box update
Regards,
