The minimum sensor frequency that the LDC1101 supports is 500kHz.
If you are referring to the minimum sensor frequency change that can be detected, this depends on the sensor design and device settings including whether the device is in LHR or RP+L mode. I recommend taking a look at our Optimizing L Measurement Resolution for the LDC161x and LDC1101 application note for more information about the resolution of the LDC1101.
