AWR1843BOOST: Can you tell me which file the data of AWR1843 is saved in when I use mmWave_Demo_Visualizer to collect the data of AWR1843?

Recently, I have been using mmWave-Demo_Visualizer to collect data from 1843, but I couldn't find the storage location for the detection data. Could you please inform me of the storage location for the data collection? And can the original detection data be saved as Where is the BIN file?

The object data is stored in DSS_L3.

Refer to Q5 in (+) [FAQ] Queries related to mmWave Demo Visualizer - Sensors forum - Sensors - TI E2E support forums to save the object data using the visualizer.

I found a link related to storing data in the connection you provided“ dev.ti.com/.../ ”But there is no information after opening it. May I ask if it is possible to provide guidance on how to save the data collected using mmWave-Demo_Visualize as a. bin file again

Hi,

Refer to 4.4 section of mmWave Demo Visualizer User's Guide (Rev. C) (ti.com). Click on Record Start button to start recording. This will save the object data in .dat file. If you want to save the object data in .bin file, then use some terminal emulator like tera term and save the log.

Is there a case tutorial for generating. bin files?

It is the object data that is transmitted over UART.

You can refer the documentation of the terminal emulator that you are using.
