Hello, 

       I'm using Awr6843OPEVM with Mmwave IC boost board interfaced with DCA1000 for capturing RAW data. I Followed the document "Raw Data Capture for XWR6843 Device Using DCA1000 Board and mmWave Studio", and was able to capture the RAW data for :\ti\radar_toolbox_2_10_00_04\tools\Adc_Data_Capture_Tool_DCA1000_CLI\prebuilt_binaries\xwr68xx_mmw_demo.bin example. However i would like to capture the RAW data for AWR6843 CPD with Clasification Example. I see no LVDS stream command on the available config file for CPD with Classification example. Can you please help me with how to Capture the RAW data for CPD with Classification example from C:\ti\radar_toolbox_2_10_00_04\source\ti\examples\InCabin_Sensing\AWR6843_CPD_with_Classification\prebuilt_binaries\occupancy_detection _3d_68xx.bin example Code. Thanks

    Hello Madhusudhan,

    Raw data means unfiltered, unprocessed, dumped ADC data straight from the buffer. The classifier takes tracking data from the output as input, and to get tracker data you have to go through a lot of processing to get there which you will see in the diagram below. Essentially the raw data that comes from the Front-End will always be the same across examples/demos.

          Thanks for the quick response. Yes i understood the raw data is a same input for all the demo examples from the RADAR. However, we are working with CPD example so we thought we will collect the raw data from the same. Can you please guide me how to achieve. Thanks

    Hello Madhusudhan,

    You can only do raw data capture via firmware + CLI like that via out of box demo. But again it would not matter even if the CPD example did support raw data capture, the data would be identical.

    Hello Pedrhom Nafisal, 

              i want to record the raw data while the CPD application is setup and running in real-time. During this period of time i want to capture the raw data too, i will be using .lua script to capture the raw data. So i was seeking help to capture raw data while CPD example is running. Please guide me with respect to how can i record the raw data while CPD application is running. Thanks

    It is impossible with CPD, only with out of box demo.
