Hi Expert,

I am using LDC5072Q1EVM for testing. Now, I supply the board with 5V. Nothing changed on the board. I measured the excitation signal and find its frequency is about 16Mhz. This is too high and cause fault detection.

Is there any suggestions to fix this?

Hello Xiaoqiang,

Be sure that you follow the steps in the link below. By default, there is no resonant capacitor on the coil, so you need to add C23/C24 to resonate the coil properly. You can use the values below to attain about 3.7MHz resonant frequency.

C23 = 33pF

C24 = 330pF

Thanks Eddie, it works now, I can read the signal and calculate angle in my software
