My customer designed TMP112 in their system but they have two questions need our comment.
Please advise.
1. Do we have a recommended IR reflow profile? Please help to provide it.
2. If they want to do UV glue to protect the Temp. IC, is there any concern? And will this process affect the performance of the temperature IC?
