TMP1826: Continuous Conversion Mode and save temp data to EEPROM

Part Number: TMP1826

Tool/software:

Dear Technical Support Team,

Is it possible to automatically save the temperature data that has been converted in "continuous conversion mode" to EEPROM each time, and read the stored data at once from EEPROM after A mode is turned off?

Best Regards,

ttd

  • We don't currently have a product in our portfolio that stores temperature readings in nonvolatile memory.

The TMP1826 does hold the most recent temperature reading in volatile memory. It can be read from the scratchpad at any time.

    thanks,

  • Hi Ren,

    Thank you for your reply.

VDD power and  Set CONV_MODE_SEL(Conversion Interval), "continuous conversion mode" start immediately?

I'd like to know the Sequence like "Table 9-6. Single Device Temperature Conversion and Read Scratchpad-1 "

Is it ok to execute yellow(read temp data sequence) until next conversion?

    Best Regards,

  • The fifth row in your image states that you must wait tCONV, which is the time it takes to make the temperature measurement. The tCONV depends on the CONV_TIME_SEL setting.
