DCA1000EVM: The power indicator light on the DCA1000EVM is abnormal

I recently purchased a DCA1000EVM to study radar-related knowledge, but I encountered an issue during initial use. I'd like to ask if the following situation is normal:

When I connect the power using a 5V/2.5A adapter(I have confirmed in advance that this power supply can properly power the AWR1642-BOOST), should the power indicator on the DCA1000EVM remain constantly on or flash? Mine does not remain constantly on. Is this indicative of a hardware malfunction? If so, can I request after-sales support?

The power LED should be on constantly and not flashing. You can reach out to after sales support.

Hi，

I measured the two pins of the power supply with a multimeter and found that it was in a short circuit state (only 1.7 ohms). Do you know how to contact TI's after-sales team to handle this matter？thanks
