Tool/software:
Hi team,
OSC status becomes 1.
What could be the reason for this status to be 1?
If the IC was swapped to another device, the OSC status is 0.

Kengo.

Hi Kengo-San,
Thank you for posting to the sensors forum.
Today is a holiday in the US and our team is out of office. We will do our best to provide a response by end of day July 5.
Best regards,
Jesse
Hi Kengo-san,
According to the LDC1001 datasheet, OSC status value of 1 indicates sensor oscillation timeout. This can be caused by a sensor with an Rp below Rp_MIN or setting Min Sensor Frequency too high.

Jesse
Hi Kengo-san,
Can you share a register dump of the device to show the configuration settings? Also, can you provide an oscilloscope capture of the INA/INB pins?
Best regards,
Jesse
