HDC3022: Alert output threshold calculation

Part Number: HDC3022

Tool/software:

Hi,

I have a query regarding the alert output threshold calculation.

Page number 24, figure 8-26 of HDC3022 datasheet mentions the representation of alert threshold value using combined RH and T. Table 8-6 mentions the hex value for default RH and temperature thresholds of alert output. As per the figure mentioned in figure 8-26, when we calculate combined hex value corresponding to the default values of alert thresholds mentioned in table 8-6, we get the following result

80% RH and 60°C – 0xCD33 (calculated value is same as the given value)

79% RH and 58°C – 0xCB2D (in the table, this value is given as 0xC92D)

20% RH and -10°C – 0x3266 (in the table, this value is given as 0x3466)

22% RH and -9°C – 0x3869 (calculated value is same as the given value)

Please let me know why this discrepancy occurs in two of the above results.

Best Regards,

Riya
