AWR2944EVM: mmwave out of box demo not working in 2944 EVM

I have purchased Ti mmwave 2944 EVM board few days back and since then struggling to set it up for its out of box demo.
Below are the issues i am facing
1. In a newly purchased 2944EVM board, do we need to flash the out of box app image or it has been preflashed to it before shipping by the manufacturer
2. By default when the board was opened SOP0, SOP1 and SOP2 were open, So for running the out of box demo what will be the settings for SOP0, SOP1, SOP2.
3. When i connect a jumper to SOP0 and left the SOP1 and SOP2 open, my board was detected in mmwave_visualizer but the configuration settings got blank and thus no output plots were coming.
4. How to switch the board into its different modes
4. from where i can obtain the different SOP mode jumper settings for 2944EVM

Kindly assist to solve this issue.

    Hi,

    Please download the latest SDK and flash the latest demo binaries on the EVM before using it

    Hi Cesar
    As per your response, I checked and found that the latest SDK is 4.6.0; however, the demo_visualizer supports only up to 4.4 as per the drop-down menu in its interface. Also, how to flash the demo binaries present in the SDK installation folder and is there any documentation existing to explain the details about the binaries and their purpose.

    Hi,

    Please download the SDK version 04.04.00.01 by selecting "View all versions"

    After downloading please read the User Guide that explains how to run the demo by flashing it or by using CCS
