This will depend on your environment and chirp design settings which determine your velocity resolution, but you will see static points aka 0 doppler points that will have 0 doppler. What is the issue exactly?

It would depend on the environment. Are you getting 0 for all velocities when for example you walk across the sensor's line of sight? Also what config are you using?
