HDC1080: HDC1080DMBR humidity sensitivity

Dear Texas Team,

Do you have any information about the air-humidity sensitivity of component HDC1080DMBR (after soldering)?

Currently we have many fall out during end of line test and our assumption is that the internal humidity in the component influences the component itself.

    Hi Natalia,

    Could you please clarify a few things for me:

    • regarding data/information for "air-humidity sensitivity", are looking for information on RH error vs ambient RH? RH sensor noise in a stable environment? RH response time? something else?
    • what do you mean by "fall out during end of line test"? Do you mean that many HDC1080s are failing the end of line test? if so, how are they failing, what is criteria for passing, and how many devices are failing?
