Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PGA900
Tool/software:
Hello.
I have designed and built a pressure gauge using PGA300.
With a constant power supply of 5V, no pressure fluctuation, and no temperature change, the current consumption is about 2.3mA.
After turning the power supply ON and watching it for a little while, the current consumption fluctuates.
Example.)
About 10 seconds after power ON, the current consumption slowly rises and reaches about 2.8 mA. After holding for a few seconds, it returns to 2.3 mA and thereafter stabilizes. During this period, the output value does not fluctuate.
We checked about 5 pressure gauges and found that some of them fluctuate in current consumption while others do not.
I would like to know why the consumption current fluctuates even though the input conditions, output values, and ambient environment do not change. (What is running inside the PGA300?)
Thank you in advance.
Additional note: The load conditions connected to the output circuit are also constant.
