IWRL6432: Increasing the baud rate of the serial connection for flashing.

Hello experts, 

Our manufacturing process could be sped up significantly if we could flash images to the IWRL6432 with a faster baud rate. Currently we are using the default 115200. If we could somehow double or quadruple this speed that would be very convenient, are there any options to do this?
