Yes it does. However the LP-XDS110 is designed to work with split launchpads like the CC2340R5. You are better off using the full standalone XDS110 debug probe which is better for your environment.

That said, the LP-XDS110 does have a 10-pin arm XDS out header that you can use to debug other boards with an XDS based interface assuming you have the required adapter.. How are you physically connecting the LP-XDS110 to your own custom board? And what JTAG connection failure message are you getting?

Thank you for your suggestion. I can't use a full standalone XDS110 debug probe; the LP-XDS110 is my only option at the moment. The connection between the LP-XDS110 and my 2944 board follows the design of the 2944EVM. I have connected the 4-wire JTAG, 2-wire UARTA, and a TX-UARTB from the 2944 to the XDS (though I am not sure if the TX-UARTB is necessary, I included it just to be safe).The error details will follow shortly.

I am still unclear what the physical connection is. Are you using the 10-pin arm XDS out header with a cable like: https://1bitsquared.com/products/jtag-idc-cable ?
