PGA300: Output current abnormal

Did anyone encounter the issue that in some power supply quick change, the DAC of the PGA300 will output the full scale, which will cause about 31 mA. (1.25V / 40ohm = 31 mA)

And if the sensor is powered off and repowered, it will be return to normal.
