Hello,
The TMCS1123C1A is the closest part to your requirements. However, the TMCS1123C1A cannot measure 85A at a 25°C ambient temperature because it will exceed the SOA (safe operating area) mentioned in the Datasheet:
If you can keep the RMS current below 80A you should be able to use this part for your application.
This curve assumes that you are using a layout similar to the TMCS1123 EVM linked here: https://www.ti.com/product/TMCS1123. It is also possible that you could improve the thermal performance of the TMCS1123 EVM with a better layout, or implementing active cooling.

Hi Levi,
Thanks for your answer.
I am about to layout a PCB for TMCS1107A2U using Altium. I wonder if I can have the design package of the EVALUATION BOARD (TMCS1107EVM).
For this application, I just need to measure current from 0 Amp to 25 Amp. Can I design with only 1 oz. of copper thickness?
Please advise.
Thanks
Hello,
The thickness for the EVM is 3oz of copper thickness on two outer layers, so I am doubtful that only 1oz of copper thickness will provide enough heat dissipation for 25A.
I have sent you a friend request to send you a copy of the TMCS1107EVM design.
Thanks,
Levi DeVries
