We would like to find the solution that can meet below requirement.

If the temp above the higher limit or under lower limit, the alert pin need to report low. Do we have the solution?

Thank you for your information. I review the TMP116, but still has some questions.

Datasheet spec :

Our request : Do we have the part meet below requirement?

I'm not sure how to define these duration.

In Alert Mode, the TMP116 de-asserts ALERT when the MCU queries the TMP116 (known as servicing the interrupt.) You want to use THERM mode instead, which is shown in Figure 24.

Hi Ren,

In our application, we don't have MCU and so we need alert pin reporting low(or high) when temp above high limit or under low limit like below.

It looks like that TMP116 still can't meet our requirement. Do you have any suggestion?

TMP390 is the product that was really designed for this situation. The two outputs can be tied together.

TMP108 / HDC2010 / TMP4718 must be configured for Comparator mode after power-on.
