IWR6843ISK-ODS: Unable to connect COM ports on PC

Part Number: IWR6843ISK-ODS
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH,

Tool/software:

I recently purchased the IWR6843ISK-ODS module. I plan to try the Out Of Box Demo first to familiarize myself with its operation. However, I encountered a problem in the step "1. Get COM port numbers using Device Manager" while trying to flash the EVM using Uniflash.

I have set up the flashing mode according to the corresponding hardware configuration guide and installed the corresponding driver, Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers.
However, after connecting the module to the PC using a micro-USB cable, the two COM ports still do not appear in my Device Manager.

I'm unsure if I've overlooked any settings or if there's another way to troubleshoot what I did wrong.
My operating system is Windows 11, and I experienced the same issue on another computer running Windows 10.
