AWR2944: SOC_rcmR5TriggerReset fails!

Hi,experts

When i ready to jump from bootloader to app,I call Bootloader_socCpuResetReleaseSelf,but it didnt do soft reset,and return SystemP_SUCCESS.Not always occur,i tried to test many times,Low probability occurrence.

the mss rst staus bit 9 is 1,so Reset for CR5SS by the RESET FSM using
MSS_CTRL::R5_CONTROL_RESET_FSM_TRIGGER,but why it didnt reset

Hello Xiang,

Can you disconnect from the debugger and run the same application.
Connecting to the debugger and trying resets will cause some error like this.

it was somthing wrong,i tried to connect debugger,it stop here

Hello Xiang,

Can you tell me what was wrong?
Keep the while loop and disconnect from debugger and run it a few times and see if it is hitting that breakpoint.

then i called the "Bootloader_runSelfCpu" twice,it jump to app succeed

Hello XiangLiping,

If that is working for you, please do go forward with that as it is fine to call it twice.
Did you try the disconnect from debugger and check if that is fine?
