We are looking to replace a sensor we know very well with the TMP1075 and would like to know if the latter's temperature error drifts over time. We need an estimate for approx. 7 years. Has this part been tested before and after aging?

The TMP1075 has a Long Term Drift specification of 500 hours at 150C. A sample of devices were subjected to these conditions for JEDEC HTOL testing. The devices were found to have shifted by 1 LSB (0.0625C) typical. This is within the noise and uncertainty of the device.
Using the Arrhenius equation, 500 hours at 150C models 7 years in a 65C application environment.
