My customer asked about PCB layout guideline for IWRL6432AOP chipset.
They just laid it out in 4 layers and artworked it as follows. Is there any special consideration?
I am unable to find appropriate document from ti.com. Please provide us with layout guidance for 6432 and AOP packge as well.
