6 layers with ME drill or others?

Hi Daniel,

For IWRL6432 PCB, the drills are mechanical only. Hence 6-layers with mechanical drills are fine.

You can find other details on the drills in the fabrication notes provided in the design files of the BOOST EVM (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrr181)
